Next, leave this building, and head to the far west end to find a toxic gas opening that's coming directly from the ground opposed to the other ones that come out of stalagmite-like objects (Niko isn't tall enough to reach the gas on the stalagmite ones). Go inside and interact with the box of medical supplies to get the syringe. Then, use the crowbar to break down the boards on the doorway, and then walk inside. Inside, grab the Rubber Gloves on the floor to the right. Go to the north end of the toxic area and enter the building near the pipe/silo structures. Now, head north from the area with the safe to the area with toxic gas. The redhead lady will give you a screwdriver, which you combine with the camera to get the lens.
